It is my work and calling — for 20 years I’ve helped people gain clarity, build practical leadership and lead lives of freedom and purpose.
My name is Dariusz Wit. I’m a coach, mentor, entrepreneur (founder of Linis IT) and missionary. I work with individuals and groups across Poland and online — supporting expats and local clients in English and Polish. My practice focuses on developing clear leadership, mature masculinity and a steady sense of purpose. I combine practical tools, accountability systems and, where welcomed, faith-informed perspectives rooted in Biblical values and the wisdom of Scripture.
Over the last twenty years I have led discipleship work, group workshops, mentoring and one-to-one support. I’ve run programmes for communities and organisations while also building projects in IT and web development. For the past eight years I’ve focused specifically on professional coaching — helping clients clarify priorities and move intentionally toward meaningful goals. I’m continually developing practical, repeatable approaches that aim to produce real change rather than vague promises.
How I work: I emphasise practical next steps, measurable short-term wins and consistent follow-through. Every session ends with clear tasks and a check-in plan. I use simple tracking tools, accountability partners and bespoke practices tailored to each client’s life and responsibilities. Whether your focus is professional leadership, personal influence or a clearer life vision, my approach is direct, compassionate and results-oriented.
Aside from coaching, I co-lead the projects Revertto and Budując Liderów with my wife — Revertto focuses on reclaiming control over smart devices and promoting digital minimalism, while Budując Liderów is dedicated to discipleship and leadership development. I also run Linis IT, where I build websites and technical tools; some of these directly support our coaching and mission projects.
